Licence 334090 was issued in 1977 and is current today. Most remodelers you will call this week were not in business ten years ago; we have been building in Southern California for nearly five decades.

The plan, the renderings, the permit and the construction come from the same company, so the kitchen that was drawn is the kitchen that gets built, and there is one person answerable for it.

Scope in writing, first
You get what is included, what is not, and the allowances for materials before you are asked to commit to anything. Changes are priced and approved before they happen.

How it works
Four stages, and you always know which one you are in

Consultation
We come out, look at the space, and listen. What you want changed, roughly when, and what you have budgeted.

Design and scope
Drawings and, where they help, 3D renderings. Then the scope in writing: what is included, what is not, and the price.

Permits and build
We file the permit, schedule the crew, and build in a sequence you can follow, with the site cleaned each day.
- 4
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you and close out anything on the list before we call it done.
